His journey began in the U.S. Navy, cooking for over 5,000 sailors aboard an aircraft carrier, and has since taken him through the kitchens of top-tier establishments including The Ritz-Carlton, Walt Disney World, Boca Raton Resort, and his own successful catering ventures.
